We Make Renting Easy
At Bloom Social, we’re here to make your event floral experience effortless, elegant, and stress-free. Here’s how our simple rental process works:
Step 1: Reserve Your Date
Once your item is reserved, you’re one step closer to a floral setup that makes a lasting impression.
Step 2: Provide Venue Details
At checkout, please include your venue name, full address, contact person, phone number, and your preferred delivery and pickup times. Please confirm with your venue that your selected rental will fit in your desired space. If you need dimensions or have questions about logistics, we’re happy to help!
Step 3: Delivery, Setup & Pickup—Made Easy
We provide free delivery, setup, and pickup within a 20-mile radius of Eden Prairie, Minnesota—as long as pickup is scheduled before 9:00 PM. Not sure if your venue qualifies? Send us your address—we’re happy to confirm.
If your venue is over 20 miles, we charge $2 per mile, up to a maximum of 35 miles total from our warehouse. We are unable to service locations beyond that distance at this time.
Large Item Handling
Most of our products—especially arches, floral pillars, and backdrops—are oversized and fragile, requiring careful transport and setup. These pieces often don’t fit through standard doors and must be partially disassembled to move safely. Because of this:
- Only our team is allowed to move rental pieces once they are installed. This is for insurance reasons and to ensure the florals remain flawless.
- If your setup needs to be moved (e.g., from ceremony to reception), an additional moving/setup fee will be charged.
- For items like arches or floral pillars that need to be reset or reassembled, one of our floral designers or movers will stay onsite through your ceremony and then carefully relocate and reinstall the setup after it ends.
Even items that don’t require disassembly, like our pillars or aisle flowers, are still too delicate to be handled by anyone outside our team.
Step 4: Checkout & Payment
You can pay in full at checkout or split your rental into four payments using Shop Pay (subject to approval).
Note: Your rental fee includes one full setup in one location. If you'd like the item used in multiple spots, additional moving/setup charges will apply.

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve locations within a 20-mile radius of Eden Prairie, MN. Not sure if you're in range? Send us a message—we’re happy to check!
Can I customize the floral arches or arrangements?
All of our designs are curated with care to look stunning as-is, but we do offer limited customization. You can add a pop of color to some arrangements for an additional fee—up to two colors may be added. Please note that we’re unable to remove any flowers from the original design.
What types of events do you offer rentals for?
Our floral rentals are perfect for weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate events, styled shoots, and more. Whether your gathering is intimate or grand, we’ll help make your space bloom.
How early should I reserve my rental?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Our calendar typically shows availability about 10 months out, but this may change—so don’t wait too long!
How does delivery and setup work?
We take care of the full setup and takedown process. On your event day, we’ll deliver, install, and return to pick everything up—so you can focus on celebrating.
What do I need to book?
Booking is easy! You can either pay in full at checkout or use Shop Pay to split your total into four installments. Shop Pay payment options are subject to eligibility and terms through Affirm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we reserve your floral pieces exclusively for your date and turn down other clients once booked, all payments are non-refundable.
Do you deliver to downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul?
At this time, we do not service downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. We do, however, deliver to many surrounding areas within our 20-mile delivery zone.

What are the late-night pickup fees after 9pm?
9:30PM — $100
10PM — $150
10:30PM — $200
11PM — $250
Please note: We are unable to offer pickups after 11:00 PM.
What does “1 setup at 1 location” mean?
The rental fee includes setup at one location only. If you want the same items moved from ceremony to reception, an additional transfer fee will apply based on distance and time.
Can I see the floral arches in person?
We provide high-quality photos and videos online and on Instagram @BloomSocialMN so you can view our designs before booking. You can also catch us at select vendor showcases and open house events—check with your venue to see if we’re attending!
Do you offer fully custom floral designs?
Currently, we don’t offer fully custom builds—but we’re always adding new collections and options. If you’d like to add a pop of color to a design, we can do so for $100 per color (max two). Flower removal or major changes are not available.
